There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Victoria real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

I have had the privilage of living on Vancouver Island my whole life and I love it here. In Victoria, we are fortunate enough to live in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, and we enjoy the mildest climate in the whole country. When my wife and I bought our first house we were fortunate enough to have worked with a realtor who listened to what we wanted, and didn’t simply try to sell us what he had on inventory. Our first home was the perfect house for us at that time. It wasn’t the most expensive house in town, but it was our castle, and it’s where we started building our dreams. I pride myself in delivering a level of service to my clients that ensures they always look forward to our next meeting, and I would be happy to work with you to achieve your real estate goals.
